FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Inpost Locker Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 1-3 business days.

Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes 3-5 business days.

A flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus shipping costs.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at inessencespanishcleaning8@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle such cases individually, but we will do our best to offer a satisfactory resolution.
